Ingredients

Scale

Crust:
1 ½ cups (162 g) crushed Oreo Cookies, about 20 cookies
¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, melted
Brownie:
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup (88.5 g) Dutch-processed cocoa powder
½ cup (62.5 g) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Filling:
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff
1 cup (258 g) creamy peanut butter
Topping:
½ cup dry roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped
¼½ cup caramel sauce, homemade or store-bought
24 tablespoons chocolate or hot fudge sauce, homemade or store-bought

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Crust: In a small bowl, mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter until all crumbs are coated. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a deep 9-inch pie pan.
Brownie: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; whisk until combined. Spread the batter into the prepared crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until slightly puffed. Cool completely.
Filling: Mix marshmallow fluff and peanut butter, then evenly spoon over the cooled brownie layer.
Topping: Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Chill in the refrigerator if not serving immediately. Before serving, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce. Cut and serve.
