For the S’mores:
8 Graham Cracker Sheets
8 Large Marshmallows
4 Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
For the Batter:
1 1/2 cups Pancake Mix
1 Large Egg
1 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
Oil for Frying


Instructions

Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot for frying.
In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, egg, milk, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil; stir just until most lumps are gone. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Assemble the s’mores by breaking graham crackers in half, placing a marshmallow and half a chocolate bar between two cracker halves. Repeat for all s’mores.
Dip each s’more into the batter using tongs, gently shaking off excess.
Fry each battered s’more in the hot oil, holding them with tongs until the batter sets, about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
