Ingredients

Scale

2 (11 ounce) boxes mini Saltines
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 (1 ounce) packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon dill pickle juice (from a pickle jar)
1 tablespoon dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the mini Saltines in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, ranch dressing mix, dill pickle juice, dried dill, and garlic powder until well combined.
Pour the butter mixture over the Saltines and gently toss to coat all the crackers evenly.
Transfer the coated Saltines to the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out in an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring gently every 10 minutes to ensure even coating and baking.
Once done, allow the Saltines to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
