2 dragon fruits, halved and fruit removed
3/4 cup almond milk
1 (13.5 oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Prepare your ice cream maker according to the user manual.
Scoop the fruit from the dragon fruits and place into a blender. Add the almond milk, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared ice cream maker and run until the mixture is thoroughly frozen.
Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for several hours or until firm.
Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving to soften.
