Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare a simple syrup by whisking 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar together over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely. 🍯
2️⃣ Place the prepared dragon fruit in a blender and pulse until the desired consistency is reached. 🍇
3️⃣ Add the cold water, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the blender. Pulse just until combined, being careful not to overmix. 🍹
