½ cup unsalted butter, softened, 113 grams
1 cup light brown sugar, packed, 213 grams
¼ cup granulated sugar, 50 grams
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
13 Tbsp milk, as needed
1 cup mini chocolate chips, 177 grams


Instructions

Let the flour cool completely before using.

Place the flour in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until it reaches 160°F.
Allow the flour to cool on a plate before using.
Assembling the Cookie Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until fluffy (about 1-2 minutes).
Gradually mix in the cooled flour. If the mixture is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
