1 tablespoon lemon juice πŸ‹
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish) 🌿

4 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„
ΒΌ teaspoon coarse salt (plus extra to season) πŸ§‚
1/16 teaspoon black pepper (a pinch to taste) ⚫
4 lobster tails 🦞
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (for brushing) πŸ«’
1/16 teaspoon red pepper flakes (a pinch to taste) 🌢️
Lemon wedges (for serving) πŸ‹


Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. πŸ”₯

2️⃣ Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell from the meaty portion of the tail. Using a knife, cut the lobster tail in half lengthwise through the meat down the center. βœ‚οΈπŸ”ͺ

3️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Set aside. πŸ‹πŸŒΏπŸ§„

4️⃣ Brush lobster meat all over with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper. πŸ«’πŸ§‚βš«

5️⃣ Grill flesh side down until lightly charred, about 5-6 minutes. Flip the lobster, brush the meat with HALF of the garlic butter mixture. Cover with a lid and grill until just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes more. ⏳πŸ”₯
