1 tablespoon chives, chopped (plus extra for garnish) π±
4 cloves garlic, minced π§

1/16 teaspoon black pepper (a pinch to taste) β«
4 lobster tails π¦
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (for brushing) π«
1/16 teaspoon red pepper flakes (a pinch to taste) πΆοΈ

Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. π₯
2οΈβ£ Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell from the meaty portion of the tail. Using a knife, cut the lobster tail in half lengthwise through the meat down the center. βοΈπͺ
3οΈβ£ In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Set aside. ππΏπ§
4οΈβ£ Brush lobster meat all over with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper. π«π§β«
5οΈβ£ Grill flesh side down until lightly charred, about 5-6 minutes. Flip the lobster, brush the meat with HALF of the garlic butter mixture. Cover with a lid and grill until just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes more. β³π₯
6οΈβ£ Remove lobster from the grill and season with a little extra salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. πΆοΈπ§β«
7οΈβ£ Brush with the remaining garlic butter and serve with lemon wedges. ππ§
