Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp granulated sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups milk
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 large egg


Instructions

1️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 🥣

2️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients: Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk, melted butter, vanilla, and egg. 🥛🧈🍦🥚

3️⃣ Whisk Together: Whisk until the batter is smooth. It’s okay if there are a few lumps. If the batter is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency. 🍽️

4️⃣ Heat Pan: Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat and coat with butter. 🍳

5️⃣ Cook Pancakes: Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan and gently smooth into a round shape. Cook until the underside is golden and bubbles appear on top, then flip with a spatula and cook until the other side is golden. 🔄

6️⃣ Serve: Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with maple syrup, honey, or fruit, and enjoy! 🍁🍯
