Ingredients
10 Oreo cookies
1 & ¼ cups flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup black cocoa
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, dark or light
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
½ cup milk
¾ cup heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grind the Oreos until finely crushed. Mix the crushed Oreos, flour, cornstarch, black cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a mixer, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well. Combine with dry ingredients until the mixture disappears. Scoop into 8 balls, flatten to 1 inch, and bake for 10 minutes. Indent the centers to shape like a pie crust and cool. For filling, mix pudding, milk, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thick. Add melted chocolate and top cooled cookies. Whip cream and top each cookie with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
