Instructions
1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, lemon curd, powdered sugar, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. 🍋🥄
2️⃣ Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until stiff peaks form, which should take about 3-5 minutes. 🍥
3️⃣ Spoon the mousse into serving glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. ❄️
