Description

Frosted Strawberry Lemonade is a cool and refreshing blend of tart lemon juice, sweet strawberries, and creamy almond milk. This drink is perfect for hot summer days when you need something light and hydrating. With its smooth texture and frosty consistency, it offers a refreshing twist on traditional lemonade, making it both satisfying and guilt-free. The addition of collagen and glucomannan makes it a wholesome option, while the stevia keeps it sugar-free.

Ingredients

Scale

¼ cup lemon juice
⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon collagen (optional)
½ teaspoon stevia extract (Now Better Stevia recommended)
2 pinches Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon glucomannan
67 fresh or frozen strawberries
3 cups ice cubes (about one full tray)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the lemon juice, almond milk, collagen (if using), stevia, Himalayan salt, and vanilla extract. Blend on low for just a few seconds to mix.
With the blender still on low, slowly add the glucomannan and continue blending on low for 30 seconds.
Turn off the blender and add the strawberries and ice cubes. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing, frosty beverage!
