Ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
6 oz frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (1/2 a can)
4 oz frozen whipped topping (about 1 heaping cup), thawed
1 lemon, zested
1/2–1 tsp red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, pink lemonade concentrate, whipped topping, lemon zest, and 1/2 tsp of red food coloring. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Adjust the color by adding more food coloring if desired.
Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish with lemon peel and extra whipped topping if desired before serving.
