Ingredients

Scale

2 cups nonfat plain yogurt (or flavored yogurt)
1/4 cup agave
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Strawberries, sliced
Blueberries
Raspberries
Finely chopped pecans (optional)
Granola (optional)

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, agave, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a thin layer.
Top the yogurt with sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans and granola.
Freeze the yogurt bark for 2-3 hours, or until completely firm.
Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into pieces.
