Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract πΌ
2 tsp lemon zest π
4–5 drops red food coloring (optional) π
7.5 oz. marshmallow fluff π₯
Instructions
1οΈβ£ If using a block of cream cheese, let it sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour to fully soften. π
2οΈβ£ In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and food coloring until well-combined. π₯£
3οΈβ£ Fold in the marshmallow fluff gently. The more you stir, the fewer air pockets youβll have, making it less fluffy. It’s okay to fully combine it or leave fluffy swirls. π₯β¨
4οΈβ£ Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving, or up to 2 days. βοΈ
