Description

This Fruit Salad with Condensed Milk is a delightful dessert that combines the freshness of fruits with the creamy richness of condensed milk and heavy cream. The vibrant colors of strawberries, grapes, blueberries, kiwi, and bananas create a visually appealing dish, while the sweet and creamy dressing adds a decadent touch. It’s a perfect dessert for any occasion, from a casual family dinner to a festive gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup grapes
1 cup blueberries
12 kiwi
1 apple
2 bananas
For the Dressing:

200 grams sweetened condensed milk
200 ml heavy cream
1/4 cup milk

Instructions

Wash and chop the strawberries into small bite-sized pieces.
Wash the grapes, and slice the grapes into half. Remove seeds if needed. I used seedless grapes.
Wash the blueberries, and rinse well.
Peel the kiwi, banana, apple, and slice into small pieces.
Transfer to a bowl, and mix until combined.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, and milk.
Whisk until fully combined.
Pour over the prepared dressing onto the fruit. Gently fold the fruit and dressing together, until the fruits are fully coated.
Optional: Top with more chopped fruit.
