For the Cake:
1 white cake mix
13.4 oz box instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
4 large eggs
½ cup canola oil
1 cup milk
½ cup – ¾ cup rainbow sprinkles
For the Topping:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon milk
12 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick baking spray (preferably one with flour).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, dry pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, and milk. Beat on low speed for 1 minute, then increase to medium speed for 2 minutes.
Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles with a rubber spatula.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a plate to cool completely.
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake, allowing the glaze to run down the sides.
Sprinkle additional rainbow sprinkles on top before the glaze sets.
