These Funfetti Cheesecake Stuffed Crescent Rolls are not only a feast for the eyes but also a delightful treat for your taste buds. The combination of the buttery crescent dough, smooth cream cheese filling, and the playful crunch of sprinkles creates a perfect dessert that’s both fun and delicious.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tube crescent rolls
8 oz package of cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup rainbow jimmies (long sprinkles)
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk or cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Non-pareil sprinkles for garnishing (small colorful dots)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar. Use a rubber spatula to whip together until smooth. Gently fold in the rainbow jimmies.
Open the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles.
Spoon about 2 Tbsp of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up towards the narrow end, forming the crescent roll shape.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
While the crescent rolls are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Remove the crescent rolls from the oven and drizzle with the glaze. Sprinkle with non-pareil sprinkles if desired.
