  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven Start by preheating your oven to 180ºC (350°F) to ensure it’s ready for baking.
  2. Prepare the Bread Take the French loaf and cut it into even slices, ensuring they are not cut all the way through to hold the flavors better.
  3. Make Garlic Paste Place the garlic cloves on a wooden surface, sprinkle them with sea salt, and use the flat side of a knife to crush them into a paste.
  4. Mix Garlic Powder and Water In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder with water to form a smooth mixture.
  5. Combine the Ingredients Mix the softened butter with the freshly made garlic paste and the garlic powder mixture until well combined.
  6. Apply on Bread Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over each slice of the French loaf.
  7. Bake Place the prepared bread in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish and Serve Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and immediately sprinkle chopped parsley over the bread for added flavor and color.
