Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill or Broiler Start by preheating the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F/200°C). If you’re using a broiler, preheat it to a similar temperature.
  2. Prepare the Lobster Tails Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Carefully pull apart the shell and gently lift the lobster meat out, resting it on top of the shell. This preparation method not only enhances the presentation but also allows the flavors to better penetrate the meat.
  3. Make the Garlic Herb Butter In a small mixing bowl, melt the butter either in the microwave or on the stove. Once melted, combine it with the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
