Ingredients
1–2 cloves garlic, very finely minced π§
ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes πΆοΈ
Β½ teaspoon dried oregano πΏ
ΒΌ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese π§
ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil πΆ
Freshly ground black pepper & salt to taste π§
For garnish: Fresh chopped parsley πΏ
For serving: Bread for dipping (we love focaccia!) π
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and oregano to a medium-sized shallow bowl or plate. π₯
2οΈβ£ Grate parmesan directly into the bowl, then pour the olive oil over top. π§πΆ
3οΈβ£ Stir everything together with a spoon and season with salt and pepper to taste. π§
4οΈβ£ Add a little fresh chopped parsley (or basil!) on top, if desired. πΏ
5οΈβ£ Serve with pieces of bread for dipping and enjoy! ππ
