  • Author: Dulcia

Description

These Garlic Parmesan Baked Steak Fries are a deliciously crispy alternative to traditional fries. Coated in olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and fresh parsley, they are baked to perfection in the oven, resulting in a satisfying crunch on the outside and tender potato goodness on the inside. This flavorful side dish pairs perfectly with burgers, steaks, or even as a stand-alone snack.

Ingredients

Scale

67 medium russet potatoes, cleaned and cut into fry-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
12 tbsp granulated garlic
12 tsp table salt or fine Kosher salt
1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, toss together the potato pieces, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, salt, and parsley until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread the coated potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and carefully flip the fries over. Return them to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Once baked, remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with additional salt, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
