For the Chicken:

2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

1 stick butter
810 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
Chicken Seasonings:

2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

Prep and Skewer Chicken: Soak wooden skewers for 30 mins. Mix seasonings in a bowl. Cut chicken into 3″ pieces, toss in olive oil and spices. Skewer tightly.

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce: Microwave butter and garlic until melted. Add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and parmesan, whisking until smooth.

Cooking: In batches, air fry skewers at 400°F for 5 mins, flip, baste with sauce, and cook for 2 mins. Flip, baste again, and cook for 5-6 mins until 165°F internal temp. Finish with a final basting of sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan.

Storage:

Refrigerate: Up to 3 days in an airtight container.
Reheat: In the air fryer or oven until heated through.
