Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 45 small/medium-sized potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika – for seasoning potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Begin by washing and peeling the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during the process.
  2. Season and Cook the Chicken: Cut the chicken fillets into small cubes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Add Garlic and Sauce: Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant. Pour in the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, stirring well to coat the chicken evenly.
  4. Combine Potatoes and Chicken: Once the potatoes are air-fried to a crisp texture, add them to the skillet with the chicken. Toss everything together to ensure the potatoes are well coated in the sauce.
  5. Add Cheese and Melt: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the skillet contents. Cover the skillet with a lid until the cheese has completely melted or place under a broiler for a quicker melt with a slightly crispy top.
