Instructions
1οΈβ£ Prep: Preheat oven to 400ΒΊF (200ΒΊC) with the rack in the middle. π₯
2οΈβ£ Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts, and slice each Brussels sprout in half, top to bottom. βοΈ
3οΈβ£ Grease a rimmed baking sheet (you can line it with parchment paper if you like). π§½
4οΈβ£ Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. π₯
5οΈβ£ Toss gently to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly. π₯£
6οΈβ£ Transfer Brussels sprouts to your prepared baking sheet and spread them evenly into one layer. π
7οΈβ£ Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, adjusting the time depending on your oven. The Brussels sprouts should be golden brown. β³
