2 cloves garlic, minced

For the noodles:
10 ounces uncooked noodles
½ cup green onions, finely sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped (optional)
1 cup edamame, defrosted (optional)

Instructions
Soak the noodles in hot water according to package directions.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl or a jar until smooth.
