Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. π
2οΈβ£ In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix well. π
3οΈβ£ In a different bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Whisk with a mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. π―βπ¬
4οΈβ£ Add 1 egg and whisk, then add the second egg and whisk again. Whisk in the vanilla extract. π₯βπ₯βπΌ
5οΈβ£ Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and beat on low speed until all ingredients are combined. Using a spatula, fold in the coarsely chopped walnuts and semisweet chocolate chips. π«βπ°
6οΈβ£ Using a large ice cream scoop, place 1 scoop of cookie dough onto your hand and shape into 12 giant cookies. Place the cookies onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart (12 cookies per large baking sheet or 6 cookies on a small baking sheet). πͺ
7οΈβ£ Bake on the center rack for 12 minutes or until slightly golden. Do not overbake. After baking, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet. Enjoy while warm. πͺπ
