Instructions

Make the Cookie Dough: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, cream together the maple syrup and butter. Add the egg, vanilla, and lemon juice and mix. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (almond and coconut flours, baking soda, salt). Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to form a thick dough.
