Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups almond or cashew milk
1/4 cup almond butter
1″ piece fresh turmeric
3 dates, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (or to taste)
protein powder, if desired
1 cup ice
