Ingredients
28 Golden Oreo Cookies, crushed πͺ
4 cups Greek Yogurt, full fat, plain π₯
14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk, canned π₯«
For the Topping (Optional):
4 Golden Oreo Cookies, crushed πͺ
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Add the golden Oreo cookies to your food processor and process into crumbs. π
2οΈβ£ Pour the crumbs into a 9-inch round pie dish and press down with the back of a spoon to form the crust. π°
3οΈβ£ Add the Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk to a microwave-safe bowl. Stir very well. π
4οΈβ£ Microwave for 3 minutes, then stir very well again. π
5οΈβ£ Return the mixture to the microwave for another 3 minutes, then stir very well once more. π
6οΈβ£ Pour the yogurt mixture over the cookie crumb base and smooth down with the back of a spoon. π₯
7οΈβ£ Place the cheesecake into the refrigerator and leave it overnight to set. βοΈ
8οΈβ£ When the cheesecake has set, crush the 4 additional Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the top to decorate (optional). πͺβ¨
