Ingredients
28 Golden Oreo Cookies, crushed šŖ
4 cups Greek Yogurt, full fat, plain š„
14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk, canned š„«
For the Topping (Optional):
4 Golden Oreo Cookies, crushed šŖ
Instructions
1ļøā£ Add the golden Oreo cookies to your food processor and process into crumbs. š
2ļøā£ Pour the crumbs into a 9-inch round pie dish and press down with the back of a spoon to form the crust. š°
3ļøā£ Add the Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk to a microwave-safe bowl. Stir very well. š
4ļøā£ Microwave for 3 minutes, then stir very well again. š
5ļøā£ Return the mixture to the microwave for another 3 minutes, then stir very well once more. š
6ļøā£ Pour the yogurt mixture over the cookie crumb base and smooth down with the back of a spoon. š„
7ļøā£ Place the cheesecake into the refrigerator and leave it overnight to set. āļø
8ļøā£ When the cheesecake has set, crush the 4 additional Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the top to decorate (optional). šŖāØ
