Ingredients
1 3/4 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet, dark, or sweet as preferred)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat on low. When the milk is warm, add the chocolate chips and stir until fully melted. Ensure the milk does not come to a boil.
Once the chocolate chips are melted, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for 3-5 minutes.
Add the honey, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the melted chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. A hand mixer can be used for a smoother texture.
Pour the mousse into ramekins or small serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
Serve chilled. For an extra treat, add a dollop of whipped cream on top before serving, if desired.
