Perfect for summer BBQs, this recipe is simple yet incredibly delicious.
Ingredients
½ cup oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup lemon juice
¾ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
6 chicken breasts (or 3.5 lb of chicken)
Instructions
In a large ziplock bag, combine all the ingredients except the chicken.
Add the chicken to the bag, seal it tightly, and place it in a large bowl. This helps prevent any mess in case of leaks.
Place the bowl in the fridge and let the chicken marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight for best results.
When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the marinade and grill it to your desired doneness.
For extra flavor, salt the chicken after grilling for a perfect seasoning balance.
