6 hoagie style rolls or French bread loaf, cut into sandwich size portions
23 lbs sliced pastrami
Several slices of Provolone Cheese
Several slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
1 cup French dried onions
½ Purple onion, diced (optional)


Instructions

Layer several slices of pastrami on one half of your roll.
Add 2 slices of Provolone cheese, then another layer of pastrami.
Top with 2 slices of Pepper Jack cheese and more pastrami.
Finish with 2 more slices of Provolone cheese, dried onions, and purple onions.
Wrap in foil and keep chilled until ready to grill.
Preheat your grill to approximately 350°F.
Once heated, turn heat down and add foil-wrapped sandwiches to the grill.
Close the lid and “bake” for about 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Once the cheese is melted and the meat is hot, remove, carefully unwrap, and enjoy!
