Scale

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 can crescent rolls (8 count)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Optional: diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or other veggies of your choice

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the onions are soft and translucent.
Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles. Place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture onto each crescent roll triangle. Top with shredded cheese and any additional veggies if desired.
Roll up the crescent rolls starting from the wider end, tucking in the sides to enclose the filling. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
