2 Tbsp unsalted butter
12 Hawaiian Rolls, sliced horizontally
Confectioners’ sugar, optional
Maple syrup, optional


Instructions

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a wide, deep bowl.
Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat and brush with 1 Tbsp butter.
Dip Hawaiian roll halves into the egg mixture until saturated, shaking off excess before placing on the griddle.
