Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (1 ounce) packet dry au jus mix
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and dry onion soup mix. Form into 8 oval patties.
Coat each patty in all-purpose flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high and brown the patties on both sides (3-4 minutes per side). Transfer to the slow cooker.
Combine cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water in a bowl. Pour over patties in the cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until patties are tender.
