This no-bake recipe is simple and quick, allowing even amateur cooks to create something truly delicious and visually appealing.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate (or vanilla) baking chips
- 1 cup (6 ounces) dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet as an alternative)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (shortening can be used as a substitute)
- 4 to 5 dozen miniature baking liners or candy cups
- Assorted decorations, frosting, icing, etc. (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt the Chocolate and Peanut Butter Combine the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes. After the initial cooking, stir the contents well and return it to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smoothly combined.
- Step 2: Prepare the Mini Liners Arrange the mini baking liners or candy cups on a 10×15” jelly roll pan. This will help in cleanly and efficiently filling them.
- Step 3: Fill the Liners Pour the melted mixture into the mini liners, filling them nearly to the top. If handling the bowl is challenging, consider transferring the mixture into a glass measuring cup for easier pouring. Fill each cup consistently to ensure uniformity in size and shape.
- Step 4: Chill Until Set Place the filled jelly roll pan into the refrigerator and chill the candies until they are set, which should take about an hour.
- Step 5: Decorate(Optional) Once set, you can optionally decorate the bliss bites with frosting, icing, or any preferred garnishes to enhance their visual appeal and flavor.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
