8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
4 ounces butter, 1 stick (softened)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon dried marjoram
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
Mix cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Add butter and mix until very soft.
Fold in minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and dried herbs.
Scoop cheese mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
