1216 oz. Hot Italian Sausage (45 links), casings removed, browned and crumbled
1/4 Large Red Onion, sliced into thin rounds
Drizzle of Raw Honey, to finish

Add the browned sausage, then more cheese. Layer the onion slices, followed by more cheese (alternating between regular and smoked mozzarella).
