Ingredients

1 cup lime juice (about 6 limes)
½ cup honey or more to taste
5 cups cold water
1–2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated (to taste)
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine lime juice, honey, and cold water.
Grate the ginger using a fine grater directly into the pitcher.
Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
For a smoother texture, strain the limeade through a fine sieve to remove ginger pieces.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or serve immediately over ice.
