Ingredients
10 oz goat cheese 🧀
⅓ cup vegan cream cheese (or light/regular cream cheese), room temperature 🌱
2 tablespoons almond milk (or any milk) 🥛
2–4 tablespoons honey (plus more to drizzle) 🍯
¼ teaspoon sea salt 🧂
Angelic Bakehouse Crisps 🥨
1 cup fresh blueberries 🫐
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped 🌿
Instructions
1️⃣ Add the goat cheese and cream cheese to a bowl and beat with a hand mixer until small peaks begin to form (about 2-3 minutes). 🧀🌱
2️⃣ Add the almond milk to the mixture and beat for another ~2 minutes until well incorporated. 🥛
3️⃣ Fold in the honey and sea salt. 🍯🧂
4️⃣ Spread the cheese on top of an Angelic Bakehouse crisp and top with blueberries and basil. Drizzle with more honey. 🥨🫐🌿🍯
