Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded 🍗
2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini) 🍝
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup 🥣
1 cup sour cream 🥛
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1 cup frozen peas 🟢
1 cup corn kernels 🌽
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
1 cup breadcrumbs 🍞
2 tbsp melted butter 🧈
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 🔥
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked pasta, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, peas, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. 🍲
3️⃣ Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. 📤
4️⃣ In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole. 🍞🧈
5️⃣ Sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese over the breadcrumbs. 🧀
6️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly. ⏳
