3 1/2 tbsp cream cheese, softened (52g)
1/2 tbsp sour cream (7g)
2 tbsp powdered monkfruit sweetener (20g)
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

In a ramekin or small microwavable mug, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered monkfruit sweetener until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until fully combined.
Microwave on high for approximately 60 to 75 seconds, until the center is set but not liquidy, and the edges start to pull away from the mug.
Allow to cool in the fridge for a few minutes or enjoy warm.
Serve topped with fresh berries or a dollop of sugar-free jam.
