Description

The Keto Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers blend succulent ground turkey with rich feta and fresh, vibrant greens to create a burger that’s as nutritious as it is delicious. This recipe is perfect for anyone following a keto diet or anyone looking for a healthier burger option. The spinach adds a subtle freshness, the feta provides a tangy kick, and the turkey keeps it all lean and mean.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
1 egg
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 ounces green salad mix (for serving)
Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing (to drizzle on top)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Combine gently to avoid overmixing.
Shape the mixture into 6 patties and set aside.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the patties cool slightly before serving.
Serve the patties on a bed of green salad mix, drizzled with Green Goddess Salad Dressing.
