12 mini bell peppers
12 oz can of tuna
2 tbsp mayo (or Greek yogurt)
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
3 slices of cheddar cheese, or as desired


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, mayo (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, garlic salt, and onion powder until well combined.
Slice off the stem of each bell pepper and discard. Slice the peppers in half lengthwise and remove any seeds.
Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Remove from the oven, fill each pepper half with the tuna mixture, and top with a piece of cheddar cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
