Ingredients
½ cup marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme
⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup key lime juice (bottled or fresh)
1 tbsp lime zest, plus extra for garnish
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Mix the Base:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the marshmallow fluff, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Whip the Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. This may take about 3-4 minutes.
Combine and Chill:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
Cover the dip and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
