- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp fresh or dried dill
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups vegetables of choice
- 2 cups asparagus spears, trimmed
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Lemon: Zest 1 tsp of the lemon and then slice the remainder into rounds.
- Make the Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, and dill. Stir well to blend the flavors.
- Season the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season them with salt and black pepper to taste.
