- For the Smoothie Packs:
- 3 cups raw baby spinach
- 3 cups raw kale, stems removed
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced

- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, optional
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed, optional
Instructions
- Start by opening three freezer-safe bags.

- 1 whole mango, cubed (approximately 1 cup)
- 6 tbsp shredded coconut, optional
Instructions
- Like with the Triple Berry Smoothie, begin by opening three freezer-safe bags.
- Distribute the ingredients into each bag: 1 cup raw baby spinach, 1 cup raw kale, 2 tbsp almond butter, slices of banana, clementine or pineapple chunks, mango, and shredded coconut, if using.
- Seal the bags and place them in the freezer right away.

Open three freezer-safe bags.
To each bag add:
1 cup raw baby spinach
1 cup raw kale
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup raspberries
1/3 cup blueberries
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp ground flax meal
Tropical Green Smoothie:
Open three freezer-safe bags.
To each bag add:
1 cup raw baby spinach
1 cup raw kale
2 tbsp almond butter
1/3 banana, sliced
1 clementine (or 1/3 cup pineapple)
1/3 of a mango – in chunks (approx. 1/3 cup)
2 tbsp shredded coconut
Seal each bag and store in the freezer right away.
When ready to blend, dump the contents of one bag into a blender.
Add in 1/2 – 1 cup of liquid (water, cashew milk, almond milk, unsweetened coconut milk, juice of choice, etc.).
Add in 1/4 cup avocado or 1/4-1/2 cup yogurt, etc. If preferred.
Blend away until no chunks remain.
Can be stored in the freezer for 1 month.
