Maple Pecan Delight Fudge

  • Author: Dulcia
  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 20 pieces of fudge 1x

Description

Delight in the rich flavors of the Maple Pecan Delight Fudge, an exquisite no-bake dessert that combines the creamy texture of nut butter with the aromatic sweetness of maple syrup and the nourishing richness of coconut oil. This three-ingredient treat is not only easy to prepare but also caters wonderfully to those seeking a quick fix for their dessert cravings, or a charming addition to a party platter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pecan butter or any nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a small loaf pan or square cake pan with parchment paper, ensuring it covers all sides for easy removal of the fudge once solidified.
  2. Melt the Ingredients: In a microwave-safe bowl or using a stovetop, gently melt the pecan butter with the coconut oil. Avoid overheating to maintain the integrity of the oils.
  3. Combine the Mixture: Once the pecan butter and coconut oil are melted and combined smoothly, stir in the maple syrup. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a uniform and glossy texture.
  4. Refrigerate: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth out the top with a spatula or spoon and refrigerate for at least one hour or until the mixture is firm and set.
  5. Cut and Serve: Remove the firm fudge from the refrigerator. Lift the parchment paper to easily take out the fudge block. Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces, ready for serving.
