8 ounces whipped cream cheese π§
1/2 cup tartar sauce π
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce πΆ
1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional πΆοΈ
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning* π§
1 tablespoon lemon juice π
1 pound jumbo lump or lump crab meat* π¦
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese π§
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese π§
Fresh chopped parsley, to garnish πΏ
Sliced and toasted baguette, for dipping π₯
Olive oil cooking spray π«
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. I like to use my pie dish. π₯
2οΈβ£ In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese, tartar sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Old Bay, and lemon juice. Mix well. π₯
3οΈβ£ Fold in the crab meat, half the Monterey Jack cheese, and half the mozzarella cheese with a rubber spatula. Be careful not to break up the crab meat! π¦
4οΈβ£ Transfer the mixture into your baking dish, and top the dip with the remaining shredded cheese. π§
5οΈβ£ Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through. β³
6οΈβ£ Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted baguette slices. πΏπ₯
