Ingredients
1 can refried beans, (16oz)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups guacamole
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Nachos or tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the refried beans and softened cream cheese until well blended. Set aside.
If you prefer a chilled dip, refrigerate the bean and cream cheese mixture for about 1 hour.
Once ready, begin layering the dip cups: add about 2 tablespoons of the bean and cream cheese mixture into the bottom of each cup.
Add a layer of guacamole on top, using about 3 tablespoons per cup.
Next, layer sour cream over the guacamole, about 2 tablespoons in each cup.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, followed by black olives, diced tomatoes, and a jalapeño slice for garnish on each cup.
Finish each cup with a tortilla chip or nacho for decoration.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
